Workshops

I'm  coordinating  specific workshops about digital themes in various cities and  educational institutions.

Creative stereoscopic workshop

William James said that part of what we perceive through our senses from the object before us, and that another part always comes out of our own mind. In front of our eyes is a three-dimensional world we perceive stockings. Understanding how we see it, we can enter this world and experiment with it through stereoscopic games and optical illusions. This workshop will learn theory and techniques to develop creative projects with these resources.

TALLER ANTE-OJOS/ IED MADRID (18-22 FEBRUARY 2013)

Wearable technology

The LilyPad Arduino is a microcontroller board designed for e-textiles and garments. It can be used with similar accessories such as power supplies, sensors attached by wire. The LilyPad Arduino was designed and developed by Leah Buechley and SparkFun Electronics.

In this practical workshop weekend we will cut, sew, knit, felt and electrotextiles layer specialized wires and conventional electronics to create interactive circuits wearable soft, musical instruments, jewelry and other systems. Let's make e-textiles with pressure sensors; Lilypad microcontroller programming we will use LEDs and small speakers. We will inspire a large collection of examples and materials, devices and best practices projects at work e-Textile commercial, academic and DIY.

LILYPAD FOR BEGINNERS/ HUB MADRID JULY 2012

Visualization 3-D devices

The advanced graphics display image synthesis is increased
capacities by technology advances in hardware and software. The film industry
architecture, industrial design, etc.. make intensive use of these techniques, each time with
real and complex results. The effects and interactions with the 3D images is
common practice in everyday life from the use of touch screens or displays
pseudo holographic commercial displays and art exhibitions.

This workshop is based on a research on three-dimensional images
holographic aesthetic, also called videohologramas and 3D displays that allow
reproduce these images. Introducing foundations of spatial perception and vision
Stereoscopic discusses the different types of systems and display devices
dimensional, their past performance and experimentation to its applications in the
digital art.
